On Wednesday 11th March 2020, the World Health Organisation (WHO) upgraded the status of the COVID-19 outbreak from epidemic to pandemic.

We are here to assist any clients who are being directly or indirectly affected by this Pandemic, please contact our office for assistance to speak with your adviser regarding current Government Stimulus package, business interruption processes, remote working capabilities or anything else currently on your mind.

In order for us to be able to continue operating and assisting clients in this time of uncertainty we also want to do the most we can do to reduce the risk of the spread of COVID-19. We take the health and safety of our staff and clients very seriously and therefore have implemented a policy regarding this outbreak.  Our policy outlines if a staff member has been in contact with someone with Coronavirus or suspected to have Coronavirus or who has visited major countries with outbreaks that must visit a doctor before coming to work. We have also advised staff that if unwell, they are not to come into the office.

We now also ask that our clients assist with this, if you are unwell or have returned home from a major country with outbreaks that you do not attend our offices until you have self-isolated for the required period of time.  If you need to deliver documents please phone ahead and we can collect these directly from the car park.

We also want to assure our clients that we have steps in place to continue to operate, should our office be forced to close due to a staff member coming into contact with the virus.  To mitigate our risks further we are splitting our staff between working from home and in the office.

If you have an appointment and you are unwell please call us to re-book for another time for the health and safety of our staff and you, our valued client.  Your understanding is appreciated at this time. We can be contacted on 07 5437 9900 to re-book your appointment.
