Jolene Sukkarieh, has over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.

Jolene holds a Master of Commerce (Financial Planning) UWS, Bachelor of Arts (Economics and Politics) UNSW, Diploma of Personnel Management ADFA, Diploma of Financial Planning, Certificate IV in Property Services and Real Estate and a number of prestigious industry awards. Jolene has worked in corporate wealth advisory institutions in Australia and has owned and operated boutique Wealth Management Businesses.

Jolene’s passion is around educating client to make well informed decisions around important factors that impact on the well being of their finances. This forms the foundation for Jolene’s philosophy for managing the Poole Group Wealth team.

Matt has over 20 years experience in the financial services and property industries.

He completed a Graduate Diploma of Commerce (Financial Planning) UQ, Bachelor of Information Technology QUT, Diploma of Financial Planning, Advanced Diploma in Mortgage Broking and Finance, Certificate IV in Property Services and Real Estate, as well as securing his Real Estate Agent License all of which inform Matt’s professional and qualified approach.

He uses these specialist qualifications and experience to investigate and collate resources. Matt then identifies the specialist team required to achieve our client’s goals and provide strategic advice to improve our client’s situation. Matt also runs our sister company MySeeker Pty Ltd and MySeekerLoans Pty Ltd that specialises in providing loan structuring and loan broking services to our clients.

With over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, Shannon brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. For more than a decade, she successfully managed her own business before joining the Poole Group Wealth team.

Shannon holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning, an Associate Diploma in Business, and has earned her FASEA Accreditation. Her extensive background and qualifications ensure that you receive exceptional financial advice tailored to your unique needs.

Shannon is dedicated to empowering her clients to make informed decisions about growing their wealth and achieving a balanced life. She firmly believes that financial advice should never be a “one size fits all” approach. Instead, she tailors each plan to fit the individual goals, needs, and circumstances of her clients.

Brandon Lee has over five years of experience in the financial planning industry and has undertaken three years of studying a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Financial Planning and Accounting. Brandon is a part of the new generation of advisers requiring university education, FASEA accreditation and a year as a provisional adviser working alongside experienced advisers.

Brandon takes a passion in assisting clients to realise their personal financial goals. His qualifications and experience working with clients means that he can help clients work through and achieve their wealth goals. Brandon likes to make sure clients are equipped with sufficient information to make an informed decision and takes pride in going above and beyond for his clients.
